The location is great. It is very close to the basilica. the front desk staff was helpful. the lobby was attractive, and i could easily walk to various places. the hotel has a coffee shop that stays open late, until 11 pm.
the wifi signal was weak.

the staff were helpful. and the location was close to the sanctuary.
I found that the complimentary tea and coffee in the room were only supplied for the first day. The hotel did not replenish them after cleaning. i had to ask for tea, sugar, and milk at reception. i felt they were rationing the milk.

The hotel location provided easy access to key sites. I could quickly return to my room after shopping. Breakfast at the hotel coffee shop started early. The staff responded promptly to all my questions before I arrived.
